Steven worked with us from May 2014 to completion in October to arrange a complex range of mortgage products that involved 2 re-mortgages and a purchase mortgage. Steven spent a great deal of time explaining our various options; that included weekends to suit our availability, and was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the range of products available. He kept us informed and updated every step of the way and even found a way of saving us more money which was a very welcome and unexpected surprise despite meaning extra work for him to complete.
