Steven worked with us from May 2014 to completion in October to arrange a complex range of mortgage products that involved 2 re-mortgages and a purchase mortgage. Steven spent a great deal of time explaining our various options; that included weekends to suit our availability, and was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the range of products available.
